About

As of fall 2015 – I’ve come back to the US again. Although it’s been a little slow – the projects I’m involved in are gaining a continuous momentum. Please do not hesitate to drop a line or two to collaborate. 🙂 – Thanks, Shailiza

As of the first week of November 2013 – I came back to Nepal after living in the US for almost a decade. So far, it’s been great thanks to my parents who’s been extremely accommodating and has given me this space to work on my own. I am looking to brainstorm, collaborate, bounce off some ideas. My interest lies in design, front-end web development and data science. I want to put my knowledge of technology and data to a good use and make it consumable to general public. If you are interested in collaborating or working with me please feel free to drop in a line or two.

Hello! My name is Shailiza Manandhar. I am from Kathmandu, Nepal and have been living in the US for the past seven years. I came to the United States to complete my undergraduate studies. Now work for an awesome team. There are many things I do at work; at its core though everything I do is connected to content marketing.

In my free time I dabble in photography, learn programming languages, and try my hand at cooking (mostly South Asian cuisine). Also, I am a self-proclaimed movie buff. You name it, I’ve seen it. Whenever I get a chance- I also produce mini videos of my friends’ mundane (sometime exciting) activities to amuse and entertain.

This blog is my sanctuary for personal thoughts, feelings and dreams. Something I have noticed over the years, my posts are somehow directly or indirectly always associated with Nepal or South Asia. So, this blog could very well be a manifestation of my homesickness. And I am totally okay with that.

Please feel free to comment. Feedbacks are always welcome. I hope you will enjoy going through my blog.

Happy reading!

Shailiza
